Heating floor

High density PET foam core  100% recycled  (polyethylene terephthalate) coated with glass-fibre reinforced polyester resin in which is inserted a heating fabric under the upper skin with a power of 350 w/m2 (Other power ratings available on request).

Advantages :

• A heating solution integrated into the floor, making it invisible.
• Excellent heating performance and even temperature distribution.
• Saves space compared with wall-mounted heaters.

Floor panel with anti-slip coating corundum

Plywood, pine or birch core, 100% recycled high-density PET foam core (polyethylene terephthalate), or polypropylene honeycomb coated with polyester resin reinforced with fiberglass and an anti-slip structure to one side based on a mineral compound (corundum) coated with gelcoat.

Advantages:

Very good anti-slip properties, suitable for demanding surfaces.

• Pine core & Birch core: 1100 g/m2
• PET foam core 100 kg/m3 & polypropylene honeycomb: 2500 g/m2

Plywood core coated on both sides with natural fibres reinforced polyester resin

Advantages :

• Easy to assemble, easy to repair.
• 100% bio-sourced reinforcement.
• Resin with 15% recycled elements to 50% (on request).
• Plywood complying with EUDR supplier regulations.

Our panels are manufactured in standard RAL 9010 pure white inside and outside.

However, we can produce panels coated an impregnated GELCOAT on the outside face.

In such a case, a minimum quantity of 400m² is required.

We can produce almost all RAL colour (reference code).

For others colours, we would need :

a) A painted card of the colour/shade you require.

b) in order to produce a sample panel submitted for approval (  3-4 weeks period is required).

c) After acceptance in writing, the panels can be produced current lead time.
