Carlier Plastiques innovates with non-slip panels
30/04/2019
Specialized in composite material panels for industrial bodywork, Carlier Plastiques launches the Floorlit floor with high resistance non-slip panels.
Our panels are non-slip, glass-fibre reinforced, reinforced with a plywood core, coated with polyester resin and have been successfully tested (no residual deformation). Our panel has been tested on a test bench with a pallet of 1 ton at a rate of 100,000 cycles!
Ready to use and easy to clean, it is well suited to floors for all types of vehicles, walkways, etc.
At the show, we presented the complete range of plywood panels.
In particular, panels coated on both sides with polyester resin reinforced with glass fibres, isothermal panels, etc.
Olivier Houpin, our Managing Director:
« Our panels exploit the respective qualities of polyester and composite such as:
- Resistance;
- Aestheticism;
- Lightness;
- Durability insulating quality.
In practice, these benefits are materialized in several ways:
- Freedom of design;
- Cost savings;
- Quick assembly;
- Aasy to repair;
- Security for goods. »
So in order to meet the expectations of our customers. We have an integrated design office and a methods department. Above all, Carlier Plastiques is recognized and approved by the major manufacturers, the company is ISO 9001 certified.
