Floor panel with anti-slip coating corundum

 

Plywood, pine or birch core, 100% recycled high-density PET foam core (polyethylene terephthalate), or polypropylene honeycomb coated with polyester resin reinforced with fiberglass and an anti-slip structure to one side based on a mineral compound (corundum) coated with gelcoat.

Advantages:

Very good anti-slip properties, suitable for demanding surfaces.

Glass reinforcement:

  • Pine core & Birch core: 1100 g/m2
  • PET foam core 100 kg/m3 & polypropylene honeycomb: 2500 g/m2

Dimensions:

  • Maximum width: 2600 mm
  • Maximum length: 8000 mm
  • Other length : on request

NB : no anti slip coating will be applied to the flooring around a 50 mm parameter of the edge. Unless requested.

Standard color: grey.

Options: 

  • Other colours on request
  • 2 types of coatings:
    • Basic Grip = medium non-slip coating            Extra Grip = highly non-slip coating  
  • Full surface coating or according to drawing (e.g., with a reserve if bonding or for a waterproofing area, defined zoning, etc.)
