Lightweight panel with recycled PET foam

This lightweight and strong panel allows a light and direct fastening of moderate loads.

PET (polyethylene terephtalate) coated on both sides with glass fibre reinforced polyester resin.

Good resistance to compression.

PER : 930g/m²          PERS : 1200g/m²           PERSR : 1810g/m²

Foam density :

Standard : 75 kgs/m3

Other density : on request.

Dimensions :

Standard height : 2440 mm.          Standard length  : up to 13550 mm

Special sizes : upon request.

Upon specific request :

  • Coloured panels.
  • Special cuts according to drawings.
  • Panels protected with plastic film upon request.

Applications :

 Lightweight vehicles, advertising panels.

Our panels fulfill the specifications of the norm NFT 57-950-1 – Please see also our user’s guide. Tolerances : Length : +/-3 mm if L < 3m, +/-5 mm if L > 3m //Width: +/- 3 mm/Thickness. : +/-1 mm/Diagonal diff.: 6 mm. Weight : +/- 10%.
