A lightweight panel with insulating properties.

Polyurethane foam core coated on both sides with glass fibre reinforced polyester resin.

Polyurethane-foam density :

Standard : 35 kg/m³.

Other density : on request.

Dimensions :

Standard height : 2500mm                    Standard length : up to 13 550 mm
Maximum height : 3070mm
Special sizes : upon request.

Upon specific request :

  • Special cuts according to drawings.
  • Inserts according to drawings.
  • Panels protected with plastic film upon request.

Applications :

Insulated bodyworks, isothermal and refrigerated containers, catering vehicles..

Our panels fulfill the specifications of the norm NFT 57-950-1 – Please see also our user’s guide. Tolerances : Length : +/-3 mm if L < 3m, +/-5 mm if L > 3m //Width: +/- 3 mm/Thickness. : +/-1 mm/Diagonal diff.: 6 mm. Weight : +/- 10%.
