Reinforced isothermal panel

Polyurethane foam core between two 4 mm plywoods coated on both sides with glass-fibre reinforced polyester resin.

The wooden reinforcement offers more rigidity and better impact resistance.

The two plywood sheets of 4 mm facilitate the fixing of different elements on the panel and improve the surface finish.

ISP3 : 1100g/m²      ISP5 : 2130g/m²


Polyurethane-foam density :

Standard : 35 kg/m3.
Other density : on request.

Dimensions :

Standard height : 2500 mm                         Standard length : up to 13 550 mm
Maximum height : 3070 mm
Special sizes : upon request.

Upon specific request : 

  • Panels protected with plastic film .
  • Special panels answering your needs.
For example : isothermal panels for bulkheads … with wood or metal reinforcements, isothermal roof panels with reinforcements to fix different equipements, tubes for electrical wiring, side walls with specifics inserts, rebates…

Applications :

Insulated bodyworks, isothermal and refrigerated containers, catering and store vehicles.
